Scholarships
A new and exciting addition the ROCK program is the opportunity to provide Rowlett graduating seniors, who were previous participants in the ROCK program, financial assistance to help alleviate some of the financial burden that accompanies a college education. The scholarship is given yearly in memory of Belinda A. Loveland. Previous Scholarship Recipients:
